OMG! SO CUTE!

During halftime at the UNC game on Jan. 4th, a group of babies raced in an annual crawling contest, called Dorms to Diapers.

The contest encourages parents to start saving for their child’s college and K-12 education early in life.

11-month-old Lleyton Webb won the race and received $529 in an NC 529 account to save for college!
