Louis V holds the record of being our current oldest long-resident pup at the Animal Center. At 11 years old, he quickly became a volunteer and staff favorite with his gentle soul and loving nature. He likes to lounge around and take life as it comes. He loves his walks and will mosey along at your side during his outdoor adventures.
He has been in a home before and he has been able to maintain his potty training since he has been here. He sits politely for treats and enjoys snuggling up and receiving belly rubs. He did come to us with a few extra pounds, so he is looking for someone to be his walking buddy so that he can have a healthier start to the New Year.
If you are willing to open up your home to this senior pup, you will receive endless love and devotion. He will do best in a home where he is an only pet. He is in the stage of his life where he will thrive in a relaxed and nurturing environment. If you love old souls, please come by the shelter and meet this special boy.
I am up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, neutered and ready to go home! If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
