The City of Raleigh has approved a new 40-story building to be built in the heart of downtown.
“The building can now have 40 stories instead of 12, and up to 1,466 residential units and 1.7 million square feet of building space.” It will be built at the intersection of Peace Street and Capital Boulevard, a highly populated part of downtown Raleigh. “If they can’t snag a large corporate tenant, the tower could be a combination of multifamily units, office space or a hotel.”
