Three-year-old Cleo has a big personality in a tiny package! Weighing in at just 25 pounds, this Italian greyhound-mix is a pint-sized snuggler who loves to give hugs and kisses.

She’s the perfect size to curl up with on the couch…after she’s worked her energy out, of course!

Cleo is currently fostered with other dogs and would love a canine friend in her new home, ideally with a fenced-in yard that they can romp around in together. No fence or playmate? No problem! Cleo would be happy to hang with an active owner who would take her for good walks or engage in play with her.

No cats would enjoy living with her (she thinks they’re squeaky chew toys!), but older kiddos would be just fine (smaller children might get bumped around since Cleo can be very expressive when she’s excited).

Adoption info: Cleo is in a foster home so she is not available for a walk-in meet-and-greet at Second Chance. Anyone interested in adopting should submit an adoption application on the Second Chance website–there is no application fee and the application is not a binding commitment. It will merely help us determine if Cleo will be a good fit and will allow us to proceed with scheduling a time with Cleo’s foster mama to get her to Second Chance to meet potential adopters. Should the applicant move forward with adopting, the fee is $275 and includes Cleo’s spay, vaccines, microchip, parasite testing, parasite treatment, and collar.
