Downtown Apex
This BBQ contest is serious business. Local chefs are competing for over $10,000 in prize money. There will be live music both days, a kids’ area, pig races, a rib eating contest between the Apex firefighters and police officers, and, of course, lots of good food for purchase.

This is a weekly afternoon pool party on the rooftop of Unscripted Durham. DJs will provide old school reggae music. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to take part.
